I have a house in Hanioti Chalkidiki that you might be interested in. It is a very spacious summer house, of an entire ground floor, 120s.q.mtrs, which is totally separated from the rest of the villa. It has three modern bedrooms en-suite, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, cutlery, two fridges, freezer,dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine). Living room with fireplace, a full size snooker table, TV, DVD, and dinning area. Outside there is a private parking for 8 cars, a very big garden, and a veranda with an amazing view. The sandy beach is very close to the house. Also the entire land is 2500s.q.mtrs.
