rent a villa on the beach
Dear Inna.
We have a house available for rent, near the area of Tristinika, in Toroni, (located 15 minutes south from the Porto Caras hotel complex), and 1,5 km away from the main road, leading to a seaside property.
It is a part of a 10 vila complex, 5 in each row, occupying about 10 ha of common gardens with plenty of trees and parking space.
Our house is in the second row, but as it is in a higher level compared to the front row houses, it enjoys a magnificent sea view.
Hence, it is very quiet and the beach is directly in front of it.
It just takes 2 minutes to walk from the house, through the common gardens, to the sand.
There is a small individual garden in the front of the house with lawn, for a kid to play individually or for barbeque.
The house is (which is about 85 square metres) in 2 levels: there is a bathroom and 4 bedrooms in the ground floor and a living room, a kitchen, a WC and 2 balconies in the upper floor.
Inside the house, the kitchen has all the facilities a normal kitchen should have (normal size kitchen and refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, water boiler and all the glasses, plates forks and knives etc) for preparing meals.
We usually have meals in the balcony and there is everything set for this purpose (table, chairs etc).
Alternatively, there is a near by fish tavern in the next gulf (about 4-5 minutes by car).
There is also a small super market and a taverna, about 2 minutes drive from the villa complex.
The house is equipped with an iron with an ironing board and a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a TV, a DVD and a stereo in the living room.
There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, however they are in the ground floor and as the house is white-Santorini style, it is kept very cool.
The windows of the rooms have retractable transparent netting so they can always be open and get constant air circulation but no mosquitoes or other insects.
The villa will be provided with clean linen and can be given clean linnen every week.
I will also have the house cleaned for you in the beginning.
I could arrange for a cleaning lady to come every other day.
Please, notice that there are 4 separate bedrooms:
1 with a double bed
1 with 2 separate beds
1 with 2 separate beds which I joined together to make a double bed
and lastly
1 with a normal bed and a kids bed.
The living room has also a sofa that is converted to a bed.
So it can host minimum 8 adult people.
So, compared to what you propose, I can provide 4 bedrooms (not 5)and a cannot provide 3 bathrooms, but one bathroom and one WC at a different level.
