I want to rent a house for 6 months /1 year

I want to rent a house/mezonette for at least 6 months, starting August/September.
I am not interested in places near resorts or very close to the beaches. A good house in a village. No apartments, please.
My intention is to move to Greece this autumn. I am not a tourist, so I am not interested in rent/week or rent/day.
My requirements are:
1 bedroom (or 2)
1 livingroom
kitchen, bathroom
As to the region, that is not very important.
