This superb summer house is set in the heart of Chalkidiki (village Hanioti) offering outstanding views to the crystal blue sea and magnificent mountains Athos peaks. It is a very spacious summer house, of one entire floor, 125s.q.mtrs, which is totally separated from the rest of the villa, that sleeps up to 10 people. The summer house offers three well equipped rooms en suite with adjoining living room area, where you can sit and relax by the fireplace or play a game of snooker. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with possibility of enjoying early breakfast outdoors with spectacular sunrise or have a festive diner in our BBQ patio. Also the entire land is 2500s.q.mtrs. The Villa Marlies is centrally located to several restaurants, local supermarkets and a near distance to a number of nightlife facilities, which is making this villa the ideal holiday destination for those who want to be close enough to the resort amenities, yet relax on the sandy beach during the day, which is really close to the house.
