Villa Marlies (Beach-front Summer Vacation House)

Hi Sue.
This is Euripides from Thessaloniki.
I have a 2 storey house available from the 26th of August onwards.
The house is located 15 minutes south from the Porto Caras hotel complex, and 1,5 km away from the main road, leading to a seaside property so it is very quiet and the beach is directly in front of it.
It is a part of a 10 vila complex.
It just takes 2 minutes to walk through the common gardens, from the house to the sand.
The property has plenty of common gardens and parking space.
There is a small individual garden in the front with lawn, for a kid to play individually or for barbeque.
Inside the house, there is a bathroom, a WC, a kitchen with all the facilities a normal kitchen should have (normal size kitchen and refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler and all the glasses, plates forks and knives etc) for preparing meals.
We usually have meals in the balcony because of the nice sea-view and there is everything set for this purpose (table, chairs etc).
Alternatively, there is a near by fish tavern about 3 minutes walk on the right hand side of the beach, or two other taverns in the next gulf (about 5 minutes by car).
There is a small super market about 2 minutes drive from the villa complex.
There is also an iron with an ironing board and a washing machine.
There is a TV, a DVD and a stereo in the living room.
There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, however they are in the ground floor and as the house is white-Santorini style, it is kept very cool.
The windows of the rooms have retractable transparent netting so they can always be open and get constant air circulation.
The villa will be provided with clean linen at the beginning (if you are going to stay for long, I can arrange for them to be collected and cleaned for you at intervals).
I will also have the house cleaned for you in the beginning.
If you wish, I could arrange for a cleaning lady to come however often you feel suited (upon your expense).
Notice that there are 4 separate bedrooms:
1 with a double bed
1 with 2 separate beds
1 with 2 separate beds which I joined together to make a double bed
and 1 with a normal bed and another kids bed.
The living room has also a sofa that is converted to a bed.
So it can host minimum 8 adult people.
