Seaside Vila near Toroni in Sithonia
We are looking for a villa, the week commencing 31 August, as we will be attending a Christening in Thessaloniki. Please can you advise the cost for that week?

Hello. We rent our 15 year old summer villa in Tristinika near Toroni,
» which is situated in Sithonia peninsula.
» The house is a part of a tranquil group of 10 vilas called Aretes,
» situated in 2 rows.
» It is island style (white with blue windows).
» There are plenty greenery with common gardens as well as an individual
» front garden and parking for each house.
» The villa is situated in the second row, but has direct view of the sea
» (it is about 50 meters from the sea).
» Here are it's features:
» About 90 square meters
» 4 bedrooms
» 1 kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric stove, a toaster, a coffee
» maker and all the tableware
» 1 WC
» 1 bathroom
» 1 livingroom with a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and a stereo.
» It is aranged in 2 floors, so there is a ground floor with the 4 bedrooms
» and the bathroom, and the first floor with the veranda with view (perfect
» for having meals), the living room, the kitchen and the WC.
» It is in a excellent condition and is about 1,5 km away from the public
» road, so it is very quiet.
» It is available througout the season.
