Seaside Vila near Toroni in Sithonia
Hello. We rent our 15 year old summer villa in Tristinika near Toroni, which is situated in Sithonia peninsula.
The house is a part of a tranquil group of 10 vilas called Aretes, situated in 2 rows.
It is island style (white with blue windows).
There are plenty greenery with common gardens as well as an individual front garden and parking for each house.
The villa is situated in the second row, but has direct view of the sea (it is about 50 meters from the sea).

4 bedrooms
1 kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric stove, a toaster, a coffee maker and all the tableware
1 WC
1 bathroom
1 livingroom with a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and a stereo.
It is aranged in 2 floors, so there is a ground floor with the 4 bedrooms and the bathroom, and the first floor with the veranda with view (perfect for having meals), the living room, the kitchen and the WC.
It is in a excellent condition and is about 1,5 km away from the public road, so it is very quiet.
It is available througout the season.
